| Parking Space Requirement: |
One parking space for every 1,000 square feet of gross floor area. |
| Parking and Driveway Surfaces: |
All surfaces must be constructed of a dust free surface, which
is defined as concrete, asphalt, or paving brick. |
| Building Codes: |
All buildings must be designed and constructed according to
the following codes:
2000 International Building Code
2000 International Mechanical Code
2000 International Fire Code
2002 National Electric Code
1996 Illinois State Plumbing Code, as amended
Building and site plans should be submitted to the Building and
Zoning office for review at least ten days prior to beginning construction.

Macomb does do not regulate how a building should look. |
| Floodplain: |
The Macomb Industrial Park is not in a floodplain. |
| Environmental: |
Previous use of the property was agricultural cropland and natural
prairie. |
| Landscaping: |
The Macomb Unified Development Code requires building and site
landscaping. The code states that not less than five percent of the
area of a lot should be set aside for front and side yard landscaping.
This can be a combination of building, yard and parking lot landscaping. |

Storm water should be directed to detention basins provided in
the industrial park. |
